Kuartz - Seikan
Around the summer of 2021 I was fortunate enough
to be turned loose in my mates lab for a week. From
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday I worked away using their
Moog sub37, Dave Smith prophet rev2, Elektron Rytm
MkII and a bunch of outboard hardware effects.
By the end of the week I had 12 instrumentals that
have been sat on my hard drive ever since. I wanted
to drop a beat tape on my birthday so here it is.
Seikan has a few different translations depending
On the context, I’ll let yous decide what it means.
